There are many issues in life that we tend to ignore or do not wish to persue...
Our solar system is relatively young compared with the universe overall...
why are we often skeptical regarding extraterrestrial life which could possibly be the answer to much of what we can not explain and put down to "complex phenomena"
or Supernatural

Fear of the unknown is the dilemma!!
Like when I did a post on Anunaki... it was not pleasant
to think that humans might have been an experiment...
Even though I found the Sumerian scripture very fascinating... the connection with the Bible was uneasy... and you are right... not comfortable...
and possibly not positive that is true!!
Still I do not reject the possibility and it does effect my thoughts on Spiritual affairs!!

I do feel it may have a big connection with supernatural
phenommena and other matters we feel are not of this world
It questions my thoughts on many aspects of spiritual
enlightenment and religion!!
We can not ignore the possible connection... and it is that most people do not feel comfortable with!! xx

I phoned my dear'oldie-goldie,' eighty-six year old friends from Somerset yesterday.
During the conversaton, she told me that a strange thing is happening over a certain part of Somerset. I forget where she told me it was.
She said people are going there to watch the thousands of starlings that are making sweeping patterns in the sky, all as one. Making leaves, halos, all sorts of beautiful patterns, with the setting sun as a background.
She said nothing ever has happened like that before.
I asked her about those corn fields that have the strange patterns found next morning, signifying something we cannot decipher.
She answered that these starlings were doing almost the same thing.
I asked if she thought it was, perhaps, aliens causing all this? Jean said, "I wouldn't be surprised."-

Amazing and beautiful to see!!
When I use to work at a nursery that was close to
the River Thames... every afternoon at the same time...
between 4.15 and 4.30 starlings use to flock and they
where in their hundreds... swooping and swaying with
such sincracy, in perfect harmony... a wonderful
dance like event and then within 15 mins they would
fly off together and be gone... again to return at exactly the same time the following day,
it was spectacular... eveyone would watch...
The wonders of nature !!
X
I will look that up!!

Come, come. There's nothing wrong with a bit of scepticism. If we all believed everything without question where would we be?
Personally I prefer to keep an open mind about these things, but there has to be some actual evidence for me to contemplate believing in something emphatically.
That said, I'm inclined to think it's a wee bit presumptious of us to assume there isn't any other life out there, but as to whether anyone has bothered to visit us I really couldn't say.
We could speculate indefinitely, but I've got other stuff to do at the moment.......-

Thanks for commenting!!
I too am skeptical on many matters regarding the so
called awe and wonder of the universe... how can we possibly know the ultimate anwers... it is impossible..
but many are sceptical regarding E.T. life force
I personally am fascinated by it...
I feel it has plausible explanations to many supernatural
phenomena.... I feel the unknown always intrigues the mind!!

I always feel that people who say there is no life elsewhere are being incredibly naive and maybe even arrogant. Just look in the sky at night, all of those stars are suns with planets circling them. Now try to justify there not being life elsewhere!

Many people do not feel comfortable with the knowledge
that E.T life might have a profound influence regarding
this planet and connections can be seen within
religious scripture and ancient civilizations...
it is fact that science is found in many religious
scripture and E.T life has been observing our existence
since thousands of years ago.... The pyramids are a classic example of this and the Sumerican scripure
that depicts our solar system on clay tablets that are
6000 years old...
Yes Neil very true!!

Lets say for example that the extra terrestrials came, and turned out to be hostile. How quickly would all races, religions, cultures and creeds forget their petty differences and unite for a common cause, to defend the earth and mankind. Its something me and a couple of my friends have frequently discussed this scenario many times.

A whole new prospect and way of thinking would
suddendly dawn on people and faith and belief
would take a drastic shift in motion!!
It is a fascinating and somewhat scary prospect!!
But not one to be dismissed...
People feel uncomfortable with the possible prospect!!

Yes, because it stretches the perception of the unknown. They may come in peace, or they may come to conquer, some say they are here already. One things for sure, somewhere they are on their way to us.

Through ancient history there are plausible signs
of E.T.life which may have influenced our time
and space to show they were here through different
times in history.
Myth and legends show these signs... there may be elements
of truth within them....
It has even been said... "Was Jesus a space man??"
and the star of Bethlehem may have been the planet Nibru
circulating the planet watching the birth of Jesus...
It is mainly speculation but it could be plausible
and could explain what is supernatural phenomena !!
-
- 2009-11-01 @ 19:48:04
Who is to say that Jesus wasnt a human from our future who has travelled back in time to observe what actually happened, but inadvertently created history himself.

Indeed possible!!
which would be in connection with parallell
universes... which would offer a way round many troublesom paxodoxes!!
Known as the multiverse more then "just" universe!!
It is indeed all being explored!

- 2009-11-01 @ 20:21:29
I reckon that the generic description of "Grays" are infact future humans who have evolved to the extreme conditions of a future earth. The black lens eyes for example are to cope with the brighter and more ferocious sun due to atmospheric changes and/or the possibility of it going nova. The larger forehead an evolution of the brain to accommodate future higher intellect levels.
Just because something is a sweeping assertion, doesn't mean its not plausible!-

- 2009-11-01 @ 21:02:22
That explains a lot Neil!
It is all in connection with time and space...
Hyper dimentional forces/ and or forces from the future.
Possibly our reality right now may be an altered reconstruction of the future's past, so one askes how does disclosure fit into this
If this be the case forces from the future would therefore
have plans... regarding now.... emmm!!
and all the stories we here of alien abduction may be
towards these ends.... one must wonder!!
Speculation this maybe .... it is also very plausible!!

I know, scary isnt it. You just dont know whats really going on do you....

I believe extra-terrestrials (or aliens!!) MUST exist.
I read once that there are an estimated 100billion galaxies in the observable universe. key word = observable, so there are more. Say for example each universe is like ours with at least one inhabited planet.
I think its pretty big headed that a lot of mankind think we are the only ones out there!! x-

That is very true
and it is seen through history, especially ancient
civilisations and of course in relation to the pyramids
in Egypt....
Dare I say even connected to spiritual matters
and certain phenomena too!!
Sorry I answered late....

Many are not skeptical about extraterrestrial life but about the consequences in case they find us.
Would they really help us with our problems? - Or would they use us in a way, for food or medicine (as gunea pigs...)against our wishes...
and what really are our wishes? Each country seems to have different wishes...
Could they excert pressure on states that don't want to do more for climate protection?
Too many questions, maybe fear is greater than positive expectations.
